These covered salad/fruit bowls are clear and look like their plastic counterparts, but are made from polylactic acid (PLA), which is made from glucose from agricultural crops such as corn and potatoes and are fully biodegradable and compostable. There are no animal or petrochemical ingredients in the bowls. These crops are not guaranteed to be gmo-free. However, in the near future we will have gmo-free PLA cups available, at a slightly higher price. 26 ounces. Reuseable.
